Reverse Lock System
Refer to Safety Precautions on page 77.
1.
Check the reverse assist knob (1) freeplay.
3/16 – 3/8 in (4 – 10 mm)
2.
To adjust, loosen the lock nut (2) and turn the adjusting nut (3).
After adjustment, tighten the lock nut securely.
Check the reverse assist knob and cable for loose connections or
other damage. If the cable is worn or kinked, have it replaced by
your dealer.
