SXS1000M3/M3P/M3L:

carry one driver and up to two passengers only.
SXS1000M5P/M5D/M5L:
Your Honda SXS is equipped with a bench seat in front, and two
Quick-Flip rear seats that fold into the cargo bed. Your Honda SXS
has five seats and is designed to carry one driver and up to four
passengers.
Do not drive with any cargo on the center of the seat. Cargo on the
center of the bench seat can interfere with the drivers ability to
control the vehicle and can be thrown around and hurt someone
during an overturn or a crash.
