#1 Is this supposed to be waterproof? The package says water resistant. Two very different things.
The water sensor is waterproof. But please do not soak it into the water for a long time. Please clear the water in time.

#2 Can i set it with wifi and send SMTP email alerts directly without having to download an app or connect to a Govee server?
No, you need to connect the device to wifi via Govee Home app.

#3 Are the sensors good for more than one use (reuse) after they have been exposed to water?
Yes. They can be reused. Every time the water alarm contacts water, the sensor will beep and you will receive 1 app notification and email.

#4 Can you connect a temperature sensor to this gateway?
No. This gateway can only work with the water sensor.

#5 How is wifi range?
It uses 2.4 GHz to connect to WiFi. If you have a decent router, the connection is really good.

#6 Does Govee have a door sensor that is compatible with this leak sensor + gateway set so I can receive app alert when the door is opened?
No, they don't.

#7 Does it run on 220V
The gateway is 110v-240V.

#8 What is the highest number of Detectors you can hook up together?
It says you can do a maximum of 10 but I have 14 sensors linked into one. Yes ONE gateway, so fires away and add more than 10.
