Ingredients: 200g salmon cubes:
200g salmon cubes (without peel and bones)
100g Cornakes
1 - 2 egg(s)
75g our
lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 - 2 tablespoons oponal sunower oil / rapeseed oil / olive oil
At rst, cut the salmon llet into bite-sized pieces about 3 x 3 cm and season with
a lile lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place the our on a deep plate. Then beat the
eggs in a plate. Finally, prepare another plate with the crumbled cornakes. Turn
the llet pieces in the our, cover with egg and then completely with the corna-
kes. Then fry the breaded salmon pieces in the Arendo air fryer with a teaspoon
of oil at 190 °C about 6 - 8 minutes unl it‘s crispy. Serve it on a plate.
