directions
1. Place all of the ingredients into the Regular 650 ml Nutri Ninja

Cup in the order listed
above, starting with pineapple.
2. Turn unit ON and select the “Nutri Ninja

Auto-iQ™ BLEND” program.
3. Remove blades from cup after blending.
