Digital laser measure PLR 50 C
Max. transmission power 2.5 mW
A) For measurements from the rear edge of the measuring tool. The working range increases de-
pending on how well the laser light is reflected from the surface of the target (scattered, not re-
flective) and the brighter the laser point is to the ambient light intensity (interior spaces, twi-
light). For distances of less than 20m, a retro-reflective target plate should not be used, as it
can lead to measurement errors.
B) For measurements from the rear edge of the measuring tool, 100% reflectivity of the target (e.g.
a white wall), weak backlighting and 25°C operating temperature. In addition, a deviation influ-
ence of ±0.05mm/m needs to be taken into account.
C) After calibration at 0° and 90°. Additional pitch error of max. ±0.01°/degrees up to 45°.
D) At an operating temperature of 25 °C
E) In continuous measurement mode, the max. operating temperature is +40 °C.
F) Only non-conductive deposits occur, whereby occasional temporary conductivity caused by
condensation is expected.
G) depending on surface characteristics and ambient conditions
H) Bluetooth® deactivated
I) When using Bluetooth® Low Energy devices, it may not be possible to establish a connection de-
pending on the model and operating system. Bluetooth® devices must support the SPP profile.
The serial number (6) on the type plate is used to clearly identify your measuring tool.
Fitting
Inserting/changing the batteries
It is recommended that you use alkaline manganese batteries to operate the measuring
tool.
Note that if you use 1.2 V batteries, you will not be able to perform as many measure-
ments as you would with 1.5 V batteries.
To open the battery compartment cover (4), fold out the positioning plate (3), press the
locking mechanism (5) in the direction of the arrow, and remove the battery compart-
ment cover. Insert the batteries/rechargeable batteries. When inserting the batteries,
ensure that the polarity is correct according to the illustration on the inside of the battery
compartment.
When the battery symbol appears on the display for the first time, at least another
100 measurements can be taken. Once the battery symbol is empty, you have to replace
the batteries/rechargeable batteries, because measurements are no longer possible.
Always replace all the batteries at the same time. Only use batteries from the same man-
ufacturer and which have the same capacity.
