Alleviating the stress
You can reduce stress with a deep and slow breathing by following the Galaxy Watch.

Tracking your stress level
The Galaxy Watch can automatically measure and record your stress level at regular intervals
in your daily life.
Tap
on the stress tracker screen, rotate the bezel to select
Auto stress settings
, and then
select the
Always
switch to activate it.
The stress level is not measured automatically while you are sleeping or moving a lot.
Food
Record the calories you eat in a day and compare with your target or the daily recommended
calories to get help to manage your weight.
If you have just purchased or have reset the Galaxy Watch, create your profile. The
Galaxy Watch will let you know your daily recommended calories based on the age,
gender, and the physical conditions you entered in your profile.
