9. Aer use
1. Make sure that the temperature regulator is in the OFF posion and dis-
connect the fryer plug from the socket.
2. Once the food is fried, remove the lid, hang the basket using the hook and
allow the excess oil to drip into the oil pan.
Cauon!: Hot steam will escape if you remove the lid. Be very careful when han-
dling. Keep your face and exposed skin away from the escaping steam.
3. Take the basket out and place the food item on paper towels to absorb the
excess oil. Do not touch the basket as long as it is sll hot. Always use the
handle.
4. Aer draining the excess oil, place the food item on a baking tray lined with
paper towels so that the remaining oil can drain o.
5. Place the basket in the fryer.
6. Do not move the fryer ll it cools down completely.
7. Please dry all the parts thoroughly.
