When you put the food item in the basket, ensure that it is as dry as possible. Do
not add water, ice or wet food items, as this can cause the hot oil to splash.
If you want to fry frozen food items, remove all the ice parcles and thaw the
food item thoroughly.
Do not overll the basket.
