TROUBLE SHOOTING
Before telephoning Polo on 1800 087 840 please check the following:
PROBLEM CHECK ACTION
Heater does not operate Is heater plugged into power supply
outlet?
Insert power plug securely into power
supply outlet and turn power on
Is power supply outlet operating?
(Has a circuit breaker tripped?)
Plug another appliance into the outlet
and turn on. If this appliance operates
correctly then power supply outlet is OK.
Is ON/OFF switch on top of control
panel in I position?
Press I position on this switch
Is timer in the “ON” position? Using “over” button select “ON” position.
If reset RST is pushed timer will default
to “Auto O” position. It will then be
needed to be put back to the “ON” posi-
tion for heater to operate
Is thermostat temperature set higher
than room temperature?
Set temperature using thermostat wheel
to be higher than room temperature
Has timer been programmed? Wait for programs to operate or use the
large oblong “over” button to select “ON”
position
