You can select predened programs for appropriate types of teas. To do this, press

the "Tea" buon (3). The currently selected tea program is displayed in the "Tea

preset" eld next to the status LEDs.

The opons available are as follows: GREEN / BLACK / WHITE / HERB / OOLONG

and CUSTOM

The default values for the corresponding sengs are given in the following table:

The opon of tea type "Custom" (3) should be used if the predened values do

not give a sasfactory result, or the opmal values of the tea type used are too

far from the pre-programmed values. First press the "Tea" buon (3) unl the

"Custom" LED starts glowing and then select the desired brewing me using the

"UP" and "DOWN" buons of the individual temperature seng (12). Then check

the brewing mes (see 5.3 Selecng the tea strength) or start the boiling process

using the "ON/OFF" buon.

Note: Cauon! The desired tea strength also has an eect on the brewing me.

5.3 Selecng the tea strength

You have the opon to select the tea strength that aects the tea's steeping me.

First, use the "Strength" buon (5) to choose between Mild, Medium or Strong.
