Q: when i plug in the charger the red light comes on and the top blue goes to a fast blink. is this the battery or the charger? Reply
Q: After not using my vacuum for a while it still had a charge. Once the charge was used up the battery will not recharge. No lights come on to show charging and I have tried it in several outlets. Reply
