General Notes on Still Photo Shooting
Information Display
For details on the icons displayed for still photo shooting, see
=
591.
o
When <
g
> is displayed in white, it indicates that the image is displayed at
the brightness level closely matching that of the actual image to be captured.
o
If <
g
> is blinking, it indicates that the image is displayed at a brightness
that di󰀨ers from the actual shooting result because of low- or bright-light
conditions. However, the actual image recorded will reect the exposure
setting. Note that the noise may be more noticeable than the actual image
recorded.
o
Exposure simulation may not be performed under some shooting settings.
The <
g
> icon and histogram will be displayed in gray. The image will be
displayed on the screen at the standard brightness. The histogram may not be
properly displayed in low- or bright-light conditions.
o
The histogram can be displayed when [
z
: Expo. simulation] is set to
[Enable] (
=
139).
