Please read this manual carefully before using the product and
keep it properly.
Thank you for purchasing the carbon dioxide monitor PTH-5! This product uses a
carbon dioxide sensor based on the principle of non-dispersive infrared absorption,
which can accurately measure the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air with a
concentration range of 0 ppm to 5000 ppm.
Long-term inhalation of high concentration of carbon dioxide by the human body can
easily induce hypoxic suffocation . This product can keep you away from these
troubles. It is suitable for cars, baby rooms, homes, Offices and other densely
staffed occasions.

1.Product Introduction
1.What should I do after receiving the goods?
Read instructions. Fully charge the product first. Then placing the product in a
ventilated place, operate calibration (manual calibration is recommended).
2.What to do in case of failure of product?
Make sure the product is fully charged and use the product after calibration. If
the problem still cannot be resolved, please contact customer service:

2.Charging and Battery Life
1.Use USB cable with a 5V, 1A adapter, in general, it takes 4-6 hours to fully charge.
(This data is for reference only, the actual time will be affected by various factors)
2.Battery Life: Continuously use of the display, it can be used for 24 hours. While
standby state (non-continuous use of the display), can be used for 36 hours.
3.When using a third-party USB cable, Please use qualified chargers. please avoid
using a charging cable that exceed 1m in length, to prevent excessive voltage drop
from being unable to recharge.
4.The following is a comparison of icon display and battery status.
3.How to calibrate?
There are two calibration methods, manual calibration and automatic calibration. The
operation steps are as follows:
1.Manual calibration: When the product is turned off, place the product in a ventilated
place, and press the A and B buttons at the same time to enter the manual calibration
mode. The screen will display a countdown of 200 seconds. When the countdown is
completed, the manual calibration is completed.
2.Automatic calibration: After 24 hours of continuous charging, put the product in a
ventilated place, the sensor of the product will trigger the first automatic calibration.
Note: As long as the product is turned on for the first time, the automatic calibration
will be triggered again every 7 days, and the sensor will continuously correct itself.

Description:
1.Power-saving function: In the screen backlight off state, the indicator status is the
breathing light effect, and the user can wake up the backlight by short pressing any
button. After the backlight is awakened each time, if there is no button operation
continuously, the product will automatically turn off the screen backlight after 10
minutes , But the indicator light still detect the current air quality.
2.First time, press and hold the B button for 3 seconds, the screen enter into
backlight-off state after 10 minutes. Second time, press and hold the B button for 3
seconds, the screen enter into backlight stay on state. It cycle afterwards.

When the measured value is between 0-700ppm, the Carbon dioxide value belongs
to the safe range;
When the measured value is between 700-1500 ppm, the Carbon dioxide value
belongs to the warning range and needs close observation;
When the measured value exceeds 1500ppm, the Carbon dioxide value exceeds
the standard and must be open the window for ventilation.
Whether the Carbon dioxide value exceeds the standard is indicated by the
expression icon and indicator light, as shown in the following table:

1.This product should not be dipped in water, nor should it be placed in a high
temperature environment exceeding 60℃.
2.This product belongs to precision measuring instrument and shall not be
dismantled without authorization.
3.It can not be measured in the environment of organic gas with too high concentra-
tion for a long time.
4.Built-in lithium battery, when measuring the air quality in the car, please do not put
the carbon dioxide monitor with lithium battery in the sun;
