ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT AND BALANCE
In order to achieve a smooth and comfortable use, you
must ensure that the stability of the rowing machine is
secured. If you notice that the rowing machine is
unbalanced during use, you should adjust the Foot Pads
(No. 4) located beneath the Main Frame & Rear Support
(No. 21 & No. 80) of the rowing machine. To do so, use
Spanner (No. 88) to loosen Hex Nut (No. 4a) by turning it
clockwise
(direction B). With the Hex Nut (No. 4a) loosened,
rotate the Foot Pad (No. 4) until it sits level with the surface
that the bike is on. When you have finished adjusting the
Foot Pads (No. 4), use Spanner (No. 88) to re-tighten the
Hex Nut (No. 4a) by turning it
counter-clockwise
(direction
A). If required, repeat this process to adjust the remaining
Foot Pads (No. 4).
TRANSPORTING THE ROWING MACHINE
To move the rowing machine, hold the Rear Support (No.
80) and tilt the rowing machine until the Wheels (No. 20)
located on the Main Frame (No. 21) touch the ground. With
the Wheels (No. 20) on the ground, you can transport the
rowing machine to the desired location with ease.

How To Fill And Empty The Tank
1. Remove the Fill Plug (No. 36) from the Upper Tank Cover (No. 39).
2. To fill the tank with water, refer to Fig. A. Insert the Funnel (No. E) into the tank, then use a bucket and
Pumping Siphon (No. D) to fill the tank. Use the water level gauge on the side of the tank to measure
desired water level.
3. To empty the tank, refer to Fig. B. Place a bucket next to the rower and use the Pumping Siphon (No. D) to
pump the water out from the tank into the bucket.
4. Insert the Fill Plug (No. 36) back into the Upper Tank Cover (No. 39). Wipe off excess water around the area.
Fig.A Fig.B
NOTE:
Fill the tank only with tap water. Add 1 water purification tablet (1 packet is included). Never use pool
chlorine or chlorine bleach. This will damage the tank and void the warranty.
Add a water purification tablet every 6 months or as needed. If the water remains cloudy, replace the
water in the tank.
Do not consume the tank water. Dispose of the water after pumping it out from the tank.
WATER LEVEL
The water level gauge is on the side of the tank. There is a max level. Never fill over this limit. Filling
the tank over this limit will void the warranty.
The resistance depends on the water level in the tank. The min level is the lowest resistance. The max
level is the highest resistance.
