1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health and Safety, local authority and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using tools.
8 DO NOT use tools if damaged.
9 Maintain tools in good and clean condition for best and safest performance.
9 Ensure that the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended jacking points are used when jacking up a vehicle.
9 Ensure that a vehicle which has been jacked up is adequately supported with axle stands.
9 Wear approved eye protection. A full range of personal safety equipment is available from your Sealey stockist
9 Wear suitable clothing to avoid snagging. DO NOT wear jewellery and tie back long hair.
8 DO NOT use air tools.
8 DO NOT use this tool whilst tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
8 DO NOT allow untrained personnel to use this tool.
9 Account for all tools, and parts being used and DO NOT leave them near the engine.
9 When not in use store in a safe, dry, childproof location.

2. i INTRODUCTION
Designed for installing wheel studs without ruining studs or lug nuts. Pulls stud into the drive flange or hub without damaging threads. Includes
installers, spacers and corresponding rethreader dies. For use in applications on most major vehicle platforms including light trucks and SUVs.

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted,
taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product
becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and
dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

4. OPERATION
4.1. Consult appropriate Manufacturer’s data and remove broken/damaged stud.
4.2. Insertnewstudthroughhubandassembleinthisorderfromhuboutwards,refertog.1:
Spacer 22.2x35x13.7 thick
Spacer 22.2x35x3.1 thin
Installer Socket of appropriate thread
NOTE:Makesurespacersareinline,refertog.2.
4.3. Use 30mm socket to pull the new stud into position. Check splined end of stud has been pulled fully into position.
4.4. Remove installer and spacers and replace into blow moulded case.
