Wire Stripping range: Φ1.5mm~ 40mm
This machine is easy to operate and convenient to carry,can process
single core copper wire,twin cores copper wire.
Measurement:L55.5cm×W37cm×H43cm

Please note that there will be a little bit errors in actual use
1.Comparing the cables/wires’diameters with the feeding holes on the
machine,feeding the cables/wires one piece at one time.Before feeding the
cables/wires,please cut off the head of the cables/wires,to avoid gaps
caused to the blades.
2.On the output side,if the cuts on the cables/wires are too deep,please
check below points:
① Please adjust the handles on the input side, screw down or loose them.
(M12 handles)
② Check whether the cables/wires on the right position as you feeding
them.
③ Make sure the blades are sharp,if not,polish them with the oil stone
3.On the output side,if see the plastic(PVC)has been stripped,but the
copper wires can not been disgorged,please check below 4 points:
① polish The axis of the upside with the oil stone
② Check whether the springs are loose,if yes, screw down to make them
tighten
③ The diameter of the cables/wires are too small,please adjust the space
between the two axises to 0.3-0.6mm.
④If the cables/wires you want to strip are hot,also can not get the copper
wires stripped out.
4.If the cables/wires were blocked in the axises,please check below
points:
① If the springs on the press wheels are too tight,loose them.
② There are too much oil on the cables/wires,please wipe it.
5.If see the blades tilted :
① Check whether the center adjuster was loosed.
② centering adjustment and adjust the screws of two sides of it.
Make sure the cables/wires’diameter are similar with the feeding
holes ,large cables/wires in large feeding holes,small cables/wires in small
feeding holes,flat cables/wires in flat feeding holes.

Veuillez noter qu'il y aura quelques petites erreurs dans l'utilisation réelle
1. Comparez les diamètres des câbles/fils avec les trous d'alimentation
de la machine, en alimentant les câbles/fils un morceau à la fois. Avant
d'alimenter les câbles/fils, veuillez couper la tête des câbles/fils, pour éviter
les espaces causés aux lames .
2. Du côté de la sortie, si les coupures sur les câbles/fils sont trop
profondes, veuillez vérifier les points ci-dessous :
① Veuillez ajuster les poignées du côté de l'entrée, les visser ou les
desserrer. (poignées M12)
② Vérifiez si les câbles/fils sont dans la bonne position lorsque vous les
alimentez.
③ Assurez-vous que les lames sont bien aiguisées, sinon polissez-les
avec la pierre à huile
3. Du côté de la sortie, si vous constatez que le plastique (PVC) a été
dénudé, mais que les fils de cuivre ne peuvent pas être dégorgés, veuillez
vérifier les 4 points ci-dessous :
① polir L'axe du dessus avec la pierre à huile
② Vérifiez si les ressorts sont desserrés, si oui, vissez-les pour les
resserrer
③ Le diamètre des câbles/fils est trop petit, veuillez ajuster l'espace entre
les deux axes à 0,3-0,6 mm.
④ Si les câbles/fils que vous souhaitez dénuder sont chauds, les fils de
cuivre ne peuvent pas non plus être dénudés.
4. Si les câbles/fils étaient bloqués dans les axes, veuillez vérifier les
points ci-dessous :
① Si les ressorts des roues de pression sont trop serrés, desserrez-les.
② Il y a trop d'huile sur les câbles/fils, veuillez les essuyer.
5. Si vous voyez les lames inclinées :
① Vérifiez si le dispositif de réglage central a été desserré.
② réglage du centrage et réglage de la vis de deux côtés de celui-ci.
Assurez-vous que le diamètre des câbles/fils est similaire à celui des
trous d'alimentation, les gros câbles/fils dans les grands trous

INSTRUCTIONS
Abisolierbereich: Φ1,5 mm ~ 40 mm.
Diese Maschine ist einfach zu bedienen und bequem zu tragen und kann
einadrige Kupferdrähte und zweiadrige Kupferdrähte verarbeiten.

③ Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Klingen scharf sind. Wenn nicht, polieren
Sie sie mit dem Ölstein.
3.Wenn auf der Ausgangsseite der Kunststoff (PVC) entfernt wurde, die
Kupferdrähte jedoch nicht herausgezogen werden können, überprüfen Sie
bitte die folgenden 4 Punkte:
① Polieren Sie die Achse der Oberseite mit dem Ölstein

Houd er rekening mee dat er bij het daadwerkelijke gebruik kleine fouten
kunnen optreden
1. Vergelijk de diameters van de kabels/draden met de invoergaten op
de machine en voer de kabels/draden één voor één door. Knip de kop van
de kabels/draden af voordat u ze doorvoert, om te voorkomen dat er
openingen ontstaan bij de messen .
2. Controleer aan de uitvoerzijde de onderstaande punten als de sneden
in de kabels/draden te diep zijn:
① Pas de handgrepen aan de invoerzijde aan, vastschroeven of losmaken.
(M12 handgrepen)
② Controleer of de kabels/draden op de juiste positie liggen als u ze
invoert.
③ Zorg ervoor dat de messen scherp zijn, anders kunt u ze polijsten met
de oliesteen.
3. Als u aan de uitvoerzijde ziet dat het plastic (PVC) is gestript, maar de
koperdraden niet kunnen worden losgemaakt, controleer dan de
onderstaande 4 punten:
① Polijst de as van de bovenkant met de oliesteen
② Controleer of de veren los zitten. Als dat zo is, schroef ze dan vast.
③ De diameter van de kabels/draden is te klein. Pas de ruimte tussen de
twee assen aan tot 0,3-0,6 mm.
④ Als de kabels/draden die u wilt strippen heet zijn, kunt u de koperdraden
ook niet strippen.
4. Als de kabels/draden in de assen geblokkeerd zijn, controleer dan de
onderstaande punten:
① Als de veren op de aandrukwielen te strak zitten, maak ze dan losser.
② Er zit teveel olie op de kabels/draden, veeg dit weg.
5.Als u ziet dat de messen gekanteld zijn:
① Controleer of de middenafsteller los zit.
② centreringsafstelling en afstellen van de schroeven aan twee kanten
ervan.
Zorg ervoor dat de diameter van de kabels/draden overeenkomt met de
invoergaten. Grote kabels/draden in grote invoergaten, kleine
kabels/draden in kleine invoergaten en platte kabels/draden in platte
invoergaten.

Observera att det kommer att finnas lite fel vid faktisk användning
1. Jämför kablarnas/trådarnas diameter med matningshålen på
maskinen, mata kablarna/kablarna i ett stycke i taget. Innan du matar
kablarna/ledningarna, klipp av huvudet på kablarna/ledningarna, för att
undvika luckor som orsakas till bladen .
2. På utgångssidan, om snitten på kablarna/ledningarna är för djupa,
kontrollera nedanstående punkter:
① Vänligen justera handtagen på ingångssidan, skruva ner eller lossa dem.
(M12 handtag)
② Kontrollera om kablarna/kablarna är i rätt läge när du matar dem.
③ Se till att bladen är vassa, om inte, polera dem med oljestenen
3. På utgångssidan, om du ser att plasten (PVC) har tagits bort, men
koppartrådarna inte kan lossas , kontrollera nedan 4 punkter:

② Kontrollera om fjädrarna är lösa, om ja, skruva ner för att få dem att dra
åt
③ Diametern på kablarna/ledningarna är för liten, justera utrymmet mellan
de två axlarna till 0,3-0,6 mm.
④ Om kablarna/ledningarna du vill skala är varma, kan du inte heller få
bort koppartrådarna.
4.Om kablarna/ledningarna var blockerade i axlarna, kontrollera
nedanstående punkter:
① Om fjädrarna på presshjulen är för spända, lossa dem.
② Det finns för mycket olja på kablarna/kablarna, vänligen torka av det.
5. Om du ser att bladen lutar:
① Kontrollera om mittjusteraren var lös.
② centreringsjustering och justera skruvar på två sidor av den.
Se till att kablarnas/trådarnas diameter liknar matningshålen, stora
kablar/trådar i stora matningshål, små kablar/trådar i små matningshål,
platta kablar/trådar i platta matningshål.
