Shelf supports ¡ Hot soapy water Soak any heavily soiled areas and use a brush or steel wool.

Pull-out system ¡ Hot soapy water Use a brush to remove heavy soiling.
Clean the pull-out rails while they are pushed in so that you do not
remove the lubricant.

Accessories ¡ Hot soapy water
¡ Oven cleaners
Soak any heavily soiled areas and use a brush or steel wool.
Enamelled accessories are dishwasher-safe.
Do not use stainless steel wool on steam containers made from
stainless steel.
Use a vinegar solution to remove any dirt on stainless steel steam
containers caused by starchy foods (e.g. rice).
Water tank ¡ Hot soapy water To remove residual detergent after cleaning, rinse thoroughly with
clean water.
To dry the water tank after cleaning, leave the water tank to dry with
the lid open. Dry the seal on the lid.
Do not clean in the dishwasher.
Meat probe ¡ Hot soapy water Use a brush to remove heavy soiling.
Do not clean in the dishwasher.
18.2 Cleaning the appliance
In order to avoid damaging the appliance, you must
clean your appliance only as specified, and with suit-
able cleaning products.
WARNING‒Risk of burns!
The appliance and its parts that can be touched be-
come hot during use.
Caution should be exercised here in order to avoid
touching heating elements.
Young children under 8 years of age must be kept
away from the appliance.
WARNING‒Risk of fire!
Loose food remnants, fat and meat juices may catch
fire.
Before using the appliance, remove the worst of the
food residues and remnants from the cooking com-
partment, heating elements and accessories.

Cleaning the Twist Pad Flex control
To thoroughly clean the control element Twist Pad Flex,
you can dismantle it into 2 parts.
WARNING‒Danger: Magnetism!

Caution for people with pacemakers
Permanent magnets are used in the control panel and
in the control elements. These may impair the function-
ality of electronic implants, e.g. pacemakers or insulin
pumps.
Persons with electronic implants must stand at least
10cm away from the control panel and the mag-
netic controls.
Never put the control in your pockets.
WARNING‒Risk of injury!
Children and adults may be injured by the falling con-
trol Twist Pad Flex.
Remove the control element Twist Pad Flex before
cleaning.
Only place the control Twist Pad Flex at one of the
specified positions on the control panel.
ATTENTION!
This may damage the control element Twist Pad Flex.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive products, such as
citric acid, vinegar, aggressive cleaning agents or
glass ceramic cleaners.
Do not use stainless steel care products.
Never clean it in the dishwasher.
Never immerse it inwater.
