1. SAFETY

9  SealeyrecommendthatanRCD(ResidualCurrentDevice)isusedwithallelectricalproducts.

 Important:Ensurethatthevoltageratingontheappliancesuitsthepowersupplytobeusedandthattheplugisttedwiththe

correct fuse.

8 DO NOT pull or carry the appliance by the power cable.

6.1. RESTRICTED USE

6.1.1. The use of the machine should be restricted to those trained in its use. Reduce the risks associated with welding using an extractor

6.4.  Connecttomainssupply.PressOn/O󰀨switch(C).

6.5.  Thenozzleoftheextractionarmneedstobepointedattheareaofwelding,nottooclosesoastobedamagedbytheweldingprocess

but close enough to suck up the fumes to go through the extraction process.

6.6.  Setfanspeedasrequired(D).

6.7. BLOCKAGE

6.7.1. Theextractorcanbecomeblockedbysomethingbeingsuckedintotheextractorwhichblocksthearmornozzle,orthelters.Itcould

 becomecloggedbyfumeparticles.Inbothcasesswitcho󰀨andunplugthemachine,thenremoveblockagefromarmornozzleorin

 thecaseofcloggedlterscleanorifnecessary,replace.

7. MAINTENANCE.

7.6.1. Clean the metal mesh of the metal filter.

7.6.2. Replacefiltercottonofprimaryfilter(polyesterfibrefiltercotton).
