Install the CPS
To install the CPS:
1. Place the CPS on a solid surface near the Product. The CPS is heavy
enough to sit on a bench and if desired, can be bolted to a bench. See
Figure 17 for connections. Observe the correct polarity of the connector to the
Product (the brown wire should be on the left of DRV3).
2. Connect the electrical cable from the CPS to the DRV1, DRV2, and DRV3
connections on the back of the Product. The connector ensures that the CPS
is connected correctly. See Figure 17.
3. Connect the test port of the Product to a pressure port on the top of the CPS
and cap the other test port with the hand tight cap.
4. On the Product, select (>Instrument Setup>CPS). When CPS is
enabled, the LED indicator on the CPS fixture lights green.
WCaution
To avoid Product damage, the CPS must be enabled or the
Product will be exposed to contamination.
Do not use the CPS unless the LED is illuminated. Turning off
the CPS is not an acceptable way of bypassing the CPS.
