Ifyousetapasswordfortheproductduringconguration,andlateraddthatproducttoasite,youcannolongerlogintothe
product'swebinterfacewiththepasswordyou'veset.ThisisbecauseAXISCompanionsoftwarechangesthepasswordsof
alldevicesinthesite.
Tologintoadeviceinyoursite,typetheusernamerootandyoursitepassword.

2.SelectFormatandclickUsetool.
