9 locate storage system in a suitable area where it will not be an obstruction.
9 Keep the general area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
WarninG! erect storage system on a level and solid surface such as concrete.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the storage area.
8 Do not use the storage system for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
8 Do not site the storage system out of doors.
8 Do not get the storage system wet or use in damp or wet locations or areas where there is condensation.
8 Do not clean the shelf supports with any solvents which may damage the coated surface.
9 ensure that the storage system is properly assembled before loading with heavy items.
9 load for each shelf must be evenly distributed.
9 Place heavier items on the lower shelves of the storage system.
9 Always push the storage system from the sides, pushing from the front or back creates a tipping hazard.
2. introDuCtion
Heavy-duty parts trolley for organised storage of car parts during repair. equipped with hanging rack for bumpers and exhaust pipes. Also
includes a parts shelf, writing board, small parts basket and elastic straps for securing larger items. Fully moveable on four castor wheels.

4. asseMbly
note: Refer to parts diagram.
4.1. Attach castors (parts diagram 11,12) to base frame (9).
4.2. Insert shelves (10) into base frame.
4.3. Insert side panels (1) into slots on base frame. Have an assistant to make sure trolley does not tip over while erecting the sides.
4.4. Attach upper support bars (2), Use stepladder if needed, Do not stand on shelves.
4.5. Insert the extendible outer support bars (8) into their slots and attach the elastic straps (7). The support bars can be pushed fully in
when the trolley is not in use.
4.6. The upper shelf (4) can be slotted in at your required height.
4.7. Attach the accessories (3,5, and 6) by hanging them off of the mesh side panels (1).
