Please read this guide carefully before you use this type of pump.
INSTALLATION SKETCH MAP
It is forbidden to install the motor upside down or tilt down to prevent water leakage
from entering the motor and causing a short circuit and burning the motor.
USE OCCASION
·Please don't install the pumps at the outlet of the water heater
·Please don't install the taps at the inlet of the water pumps
WORKING CONDITION
1. Medium transportation temperature: 2℃~+95℃
2. Max circumstance temperature: +40℃
3. Medium condition: clean, no solid substance, no mineral & oil substance,
no stickiness.
4. Chem. condition: near neutral, non-cauterization, non-explosion similar
water (glycol max-content: 30%).
5. If you want to use other kinds of liquids, please consult the factory.
6. Max working pressure: 3 bar
7. The pump must be working at a rated voltage range of ±10%. If the
voltage is too low, the pump will come out low speed or hardly start up,
easily heating, lower head and pressure.
PURPOSE AND INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS
1. The water pump is used for water supply and drainages of rivers, wells,
boilers, etc., such as aquaculture, gardens, hotels, and pots. The boiler,
canteen, high-rise building, and other pressurized water supply conditions
are clean water. The water pump should be close to the water source, the
water suction pipeline shall be as short as possible, and no air leakage is
allowed. Otherwise, water cannot be absorbed.
2. The water pump shall be installed directly above the well as far as
possible, but when the water pump can only be installed far away from the
well, the maximum length between the pipe and the well depends on the
suction head.

▼When the water pump is installed together with the well and river, it is
easy to absorb sand, and the end of the piping needs to be installed with a
filtration device. Filters are available at the pump sales office.
3. It is strictly forbidden to run the water pump dry to avoid damaging the seal and
causing the water pump to not work normally.
4. The filter screen needs to be cleaned every 1 month.
MAIN FEATURES
JC pipeline pump is a high-pressure vortex pump. The motor and pump are
coaxial, vertical, and horizontal dual-purpose integrated models. This series of
products has two types of structure, namely ordinary type and automatic type. The
common type is composed of a motor, main shaft, mechanical seal, impeller, pump
body, fan blade, fan cover, wire box, and other parts. The automatic type consists
of a common type equipped with an automatic water flow control device. The
automatic control device is organically connected to the water pump so that the
start and stop of the water pump are all controlled by the valve of the faucet.
SPECIAL WARNING
Before use, the pump must be reliable earth touch. Don´t change the
three-core wiring plug to avoid power leakage. To make sure everything is
safe, please u must install some security measures, such as the power
leakage broker or electric shock blocker and so on.
1. Earth wiring and nil wiring must be
separated. If there is no reliable earth
wiring, the accident will be no
business with us.
This type of water pump´s plug feet,
if "L" is Live Wiring, "N" is Nil Wiring,
and the longest one is "E" earth
touch wiring. Customers must pay
attention to the connection to the
plug when they install the three-core
socket.
Here we absolutely forbid u to unite
the Nil Wiring and Earth Wiring
together, which can make power
leakage dangerous.
2. Don´t use a blanket to cover the motor or the pumps. Keep ventilation to
avoid fire danger.
3. If you install our pump outdoors, please u should do some protection
measures. Or it will decrease the using life span because of the sun-baked
and raining. Worst, it can cause an electric shock accident. If you install our
pump indoors, please avoid water spilling to make an electric shock; don´t
install it inside the bathroom to avoid the cream and water going inside.
4. After a few years of normal use, if you hear any sound in the motor,
please replace the internal shield components timely to prevent the danger
of electric shock hazard by water leakage.
PRECAUTION
1. When connecting to the power supply, let the pump work for several
seconds to inspect whether the start-up is normal or not. But don’t let the
pump work with no water for a long time to affect the ceramic bearing span,
special the self-auto water pump. In case of no water suddenly, u should
pay more attention to avoid unnecessary loss.
2. Pls pay attention to the water drop on the wood floor or easily moisture
goods when exhausting the air or maintenance.
3. Don’t touch to avoid scald when our pump using in the heating system.
The wiring materials must be heating-resistant.
4. Before installation, make sure the pipeline is welding well and clean. If
there have foreign substances, welding clinker, or dirt, they will damage the
water pump.
5. The place where to install the pump should be convenient for
maintenance and change.
6. We suggest that you pls separately install the check valve at the inlet or
outlet for maintenance. Then it can avoid the leaking water drop to the
water pump and the junction box.
7. Current flow direction should be the same as the arrow on the pump.
8. When the direction of the junction box isn’t right, u can lose the
hexangular screw and return the motor to the right position. Pls don’t
damage the rubber gasket, then re-tighten the screw and check whether
the seal gasket is ok or not.

1.If you want to mend or maintain, please close the two-end taps
and let the pump cool down. Then you can maintain, avoiding
scalding or the steam or hot liquid, which come out from the inside
pressure system.
2.Cut off the power supply.
3.Only expert staff can install or perform maintenance.
4.If the above measures are not working, pls contact your local dealer or
directly contact our factory.
