ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
It is recommended to have a second person assist with this step. One person should hold the Left/Right
Support Tubes in place while the other person tightens the bolts.
A. Use two M8x40 Hexagon Socket Oval Head Bolts (S2) and two M8 Nylon Nuts (S4) to secure both Left/
Right Support Tubes onto the Base Frame. Semi-tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench provided.
B. Use two M8x16 Hexagon Socket Oval Head Bolts (S1) and and two Washers (S3) to secure both Left/Right
Support Tubes onto the Base Frame. Semi-tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench provided.
NOTE: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS IN STEP 2 UNTIL THE STEP 4 IS COMPLETE.
STEP 2
Pull the Handlebar Bracket all the way up and align bolt holes.
Install the Handlebar Bracket onto the both Handlebar Support Tubes using two
Hexagon Socket Button Head Bolts (S1). Tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench provided.
