during the Convection Roast cycle,
touch the CONVECTIONROASTpad
and then touch thenumber pads to
set the new desired temperature.

How to Set the Oven for Convection Roasting when Using the Probe
Tile display will flash PROBE and the
oven control will signal if the lift>be is
inserted into the outlet, ;rod you have not
set a probe teinl/eratul'e and pressed the
STARTpad.
[] Place the oven rock in the position
that cente_ tile food between the
toil and bottom of tile oven. Insert
the probe into the meat.
[] Plug tile Ilrobe into tile outlet in tile
oven. Make sure it is Imshed all the
way ill. Close tile oven dool:
[] Touch tile CONVECTIONROASTpad.
[] Touch tile number pads to set tile
desired oven telnilel';ittll'e.
[] Touch tile PROBEpad.
[] Touch tile number pads to set tile
desired internal meat teml/eramre.
[] Touch tile STARTpad.
When tile oven stmls to heat, tile word
LO will be in tile display.
_Mter the internal temperatm'e of the meat
reaches 100°F (38°C), the oh;raging internal
temperature will be show)l in the display}.
