Check Harness
Strap Position
The harness strap MUST
be at or slightly below
the shoulders; never above.
Only if necessary, you may place a
tightly rolled towel(s) or foam pool
noodle(s) under the front of the car
seat base to help make the Rear-
Facing Level Line parallel with the
ground.
Check often to make sure padding
is still in place and the belt is tight.
