For children who cannot sit up
unassisted, the Rear-Facing Level
Line on the car seat MUST be parallel
with the ground using any position.
For children who can sit up
unassisted, you may make the car
seat more upright in any position.
You must squeeze the Rotation Handle on the front of the base to
move the seat out of Rear-Facing or Forward-Facing modes.
Rotation Lock Indicator will show the locked symbol when car seat
is locked in place.

To rotate the car seat from
Side-Facing for all modes, firmly
rotate the seat towards the back
or front of the base.
Rear-Facing Mode
Forward-Facing and Booster Seat Mode
Rotation Lock Indicator will show
the locked symbol when car seat
is locked in place.
The car seat must be fully reclined in Position 5 BEFORE rotating
it to Forward-Facing. Rotation Lock Indicator will show the locked
symbol when car seat is locked in place.

To Recline: Squeeze the recline handle and push the top of the car
seat back.
For More Upright: Squeeze the recline handle and pull the top of the
car seat forward.
