2.2 Temperature Control
(The picture above is only for reference. The actual configuration will depend on the
physical product or statement by the distributor.)
Control Panel
1. Power button: press and hold this button for 3 seconds to turn the appliance on or off.
2. Up and down buttons:
⚫ To set upper zone temperature
⚫ Use to set the desired temperature. Each press will increase or decrease the set temperature in
1° increments.
3. Display: shows the set temperature
4. Up and down buttons:
⚫ To set lower zone temperature
⚫ Use to set the desired temperature. Each press will increase or decrease the set temperature in
1° increments.
⚫ Press the up and down buttons at the same time to change temperature scale between Celsius
and Fahrenheit.
5. Light button: press to turn the interior light on or off.
Setting range of the Celsius temperature:upper zone 5-12°C, lower zone
12-18°C; setting range of the Fahrenheit temperature: upper zone 41-
54°F, lower zone 54-64°F
Memory Function
The cooler has the power off memory function. After power on again, the cooler will run according to the setting before the
power-off.
Defrosting
This appliance requires no manual defrosting. During the operation of the compressor, ice will build up on the evaporator
plate which is at the back of inner cabinet. During the compressor’s off-cycle, the ice will melt, drip down, and collect in a
tray above the compressor, where the compressor’s heat evaporates the water. If you notice excessive ice build-up on the
evaporator, try setting the temperature slightly higher. Also, be sure that the door gasket is sealing well.
If the unit is unplugged, or power is lost or turned off, you must wait 3 to 5 minutes
before restarting the unit. If you attempt to restart before this time delay, the unit
will not start. When you use the unit for the first time or restart the unit after it has
been shut off for a long time, there could be a few degrees variance between the
temperature you select and the one indicated on the LED readout. This is normal
and is due to the length of the activation time. There should not be a problem
once the unit has been running for a few hours.
