Rangetop Operation
SINGLE ELEMENT
Setting controls:
1 Touch .
2 To activate an element, touch the zone indicator for
the desired element on the control panel. Power level
indicators for that zone scroll.
3 Touch for highest heat, for lowest heat, to
activate Boost mode, or touch the desired power level
indicator.
4 To change the heat setting while the element is on,
touch or slide to the desired power level.
5 Touch the zone indicator to clear a single element or
touch
to clear all elements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The control flashes for 30 seconds
and turns the element o automatically if no cookware or
incompatible cookware is placed on an element.
BOOST MODE
Boost mode boosts power on one element by diverting
power from an adjacent element. If the adjacent element
is on high, the power output is reduced. The reduction
in power is displayed on the power level indicator of the
adjacent element.

Boost mode deactivates automatically after approximately
15 minutes of continuous operation and can be reactivated
if desired.
