9. Recipes
9.1 Steak bites
Ingredient Quantity Ingredient Quantity
Sirloin steak, cut
into 1pieces
1.5 lbs
Worcestershire
sauce
1/4 cup
Soy sauce 1/2 cup Olive oil 1/3 cup
Minced garlic 1 tsp Dried basil 2 tbsps
Dried parsley 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp
1. Place all ingredients (except for steak pieces), in a large
ziplock bag and mix with a spoon.
2. Add steak pieces and seal shut. Shake gently to coat steak
pieces entirely in the marinade.
3. Place the bag in the refrigerator to marinate for at least
3 hours or up to 24 hours.
4. Heat the griddle over medium-high heat. Brush oil on the
griddle.
5. Remove steak pieces from marinade using a slotted spoon
and place on the hot griddle.
6. Discard marinade. Cook steak according to the desired
temperature.
9.2 Fried chicken

Chicken breast 4 pcs Plain our 1 cup
Salt 2 tsps Garlic power 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp Turmeric 2 tbsps
Butter 2 pats Oil 1/2 cup
1. Preheat the griddle to a medium-high heat.
2. Mix the our, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and turmeric in a
bowl. Set aside.
3. Carefully slice the chicken breast pieces in half to make
thinner.
4. Dust the chicken breast pieces generously with the our
mixture and lightly pat so that it sticks.
5. Add a generous amount of oil and butter to the griddle.
6. Cook the chicken until golden brown, ipping once during
cooking. It takes about 12 minutes.
9.3 Grilled burrito

Meat 2 cups Shredded cheese 2 cups
Olive oil 1 tsp Turmeric 2 tbsps
1. Heat the griddle over medium-high heat.
2. Put the tortillas together by spreading a 1/2 cup of cheese,
1/2 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of meat in the center of each
tortilla.
3. Fold in the sides, then roll up.
4. Brush each tortilla with olive oil, then place on the griddle
with seam-side down.
5. Grill each side for 5 - 6 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
6. Served with sour cream, salsa or hot sauce.
9.4 Asparagus with serrano ham

Asparagus 24 pcs Serrano ham 12 slices
Oil 1 tsp Butter 1 tsp
Seasoning as desired
1. Wash and trim the asparagus to even lengths.
2. Split each ham slice in two lengthways, and wind around the
asparagus diagonally.
3. Heat the oil and butter on the griddle.
4. Add the asparagus for 2 minutes each side.
5. Season and serve.
10. Cleaning and Maintenance
10.1 Cleaning
WARNING
Risk of injury!
» Always allow the appliance to cool down, set the control knob to
LOCK OFF position and disconnect the LP gas cylinder prior to
cleaning.
» Clean the appliance regularly to prevent grease buildup, grease res or
excessive are-ups.
» To clean the appliance, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
» Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or
sharp utensils to clean the appliance.
10.1.1 Griddle and drip tray
NOTICE
Clean the griddle and drip tray after each use.
1. Use a at-head spatula to remove all food residues and debris from the
top surface of the griddle and drip tray.
2. Dip a sponge in warm-hot water and gently scrub the griddle and drip
tray down.
3. Wipe the griddle and drip tray dry with a soft cloth.
10.1.2 Burner components
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Check and clean the burner tubes regularly for insects and insect nests. In
cases of severe blockage, this can cause the ames to burn backwards, and
outside of the burner tube.
NOTICE
Clean the burner components every 5 to 6 uses.
» Clean the outer surface of the burner to remove food residue and dirt
with a wire brush.
» Use a narrow bottle brush with a exible handle to run through the
burner tube several times.
» Clean any blocked burner portholes with a sti wire such as an open
paper clip.
10.2 Storage
10.2.1 Storing the appliance
CAUTION
Risk of injury!
Storage of the appliance indoors is permissible only if the LP gas cylinder
is disconnected and removed from the appliance.
» Disconnect the LP gas cylinder. Attach the protective cap back onto the
cylinder valve outlet of the gas regulator.
» Keep the appliance under a cover in a garage or shed, with the LP gas
cylinder removed.
