CHANTILLY CREAM
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
250ml thickened cream
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 tbs castor sugar
Method:
1. Place the creamer attachment into the food processor bowl and add all the ingredients.
Process on speed setting 2 (purple) until the mixture is thickened to your desired
consistency. Be careful not to over-mix the cream as it will curdle.
