BAKE Cooks with dry, heated air.
Use for a variety of foods, such as cakes, cookies, pastries, quick

heat is circulated throughout the oven by the convection fan.

cookies and pastries.
BROIL Uses intense heat radiated from the upper element.
Use for tender cuts of meat 1" (2.5cm) or less thick, poultry,
browning bread and casseroles.
CONV BROIL Combines intense heat from the upper element with fan
circulation.
Best for tender cuts of meat 1" (2.5cm) or less thick, poultry and
fish. Do not use this mode for browning.
ROAST Uses more intense heat from the upper element, to achieve more
browning of exterior.
Best suited for meats, poultry, less tender cuts of meats and
roasting vegetables.
CONV ROAST Uses lower and more intense heat from the upper element than
