4. Turn the oil drain plug counterclockwise and pull out
to open it.
5. Remove the dipstick.
6. Let the oil run out into the container.
7. Attach the oil drain plug.
8. Push the oil drain plug in and turn it clockwise to
close it.
9. Remove the plastic hose and put the cap on the oil
drain plug.
10. Turn the oil filter counterclockwise to remove it.
11. Lightly lubricate the rubber seal on the new oil filter
with new oil.
12. Turn the oil filter clockwise by hand until the rubber
seal is in position, then tighten the oil filter a half turn
more.
13. Fill the oil slowly through the hole for the dipstick.
Use an oil with viscosity that agrees with the
temperature ranges in the figure. Refer to
Technical
data on page 32
.

14. Start the engine and let it operate at idle speed for 3
minutes.
15. Stop the engine and make sure that there are no
leaks.
16. Fill with oil to make up for the oil held in the new oil
filter.
To do a check of the transmission oil
level
Note: Do the transmission oil check when the
transmission is cool.
1. Put the product on a horizontal surface.
2. Remove the screws, one on each side, and remove
the transmission cover.
