Please find below the details of the Supplier 2019 sales incentive program. Incentives will include all shipped net sales of
Supplier product from 01/01/19 to 31/12/19. Sales incentives are based on product sold annually, are limited to net sales (less
returns and other credits) of products and do not include transportation charges. Wayfair will review annual sales with Supplier
in order to determine payment tier achieved.
Sales Incentives (Annual)
A rebate will be issued on net sales, as measured on a calendar basis, based on the following schedule.
If Net Sales Equal: Rebate % (applied back to £1):
£275000 - £374999 2%
£375000 - £474999 3%
£475000 - £599999 4%
£600000 - £699999 5%
£700000+ 6%
For example, if Net Sales for a given year are equal to £500000 then the credit or check issued by 15/02/20 would be for
£20000.00. If Net Sales fail to meet the £275000 threshold in the year, then no rebate will be paid.
Rebates will be issued no later than 15/02/20. The rebate will be paid in the form of a credit made out to Wayfair to be applied
against any outstanding invoices.
All credit memos should get sent to [email protected]. If the rebate is not received by the due date, it will get processed as a
separate line item on a future payment voucher.
Please confirm your agreement to these terms by returning a signed copy of the agreement to my attention. I look forward to
