5 Copy Options
Use (the Menu button) and (the Minus button) and (the
Plus button) as follows:
1. Press (the Plus/Minus button) to adjust the number of copies to
print.
2. Press (the Menu button) to move to the next option, (the
Contrast setting icon).
3. Press (the Plus/Minus button) to adjust the contrast.
4. Press (the Menu button) to move to the next option, (the
Reduce/Enlarge setting icon).
5. Press (the Plus/Minus button) to adjust the size.
6 Copy button Press this button to start a copy job.
7 ID Card copy
button
Press this button to start the process of copying a two-sided identication card
or similar document. See Copy an identication (ID) card.
8 Information
button/light
Press (the Information button) to print a summary of printer settings and
status. If a printer error occurs,
(the Information button) lights up or
blinks. Press the button, check and follow the instructions on the printed page to
resolve the error.
If (the Information button) blinks while setting up wireless, press this
button to complete authorization.
9 Wireless
button (some
models only)
Press (the Wireless button) to turn wireless capability on or o. For more
information, see
Wireless status of the printer.
Press and hold (the Wireless button) to set up wireless using WPS.
10 Resume
button/light
If the Resume light is on, the printer needs attention. Press (the Resume
button) to acknowledge and resume printing.
11 Cancel button/
light
Press (the Cancel button) to cancel a job.
