unitbeepsthreetimesjustbefore
boilingbeginssoyoucanaddfood
oradjustthetemperaturesetting.
TheAutomaticSurfaceUnitalso
senseswhena panhasjust boiled
dry.Aftera seriesofrapidbeepsto
alertyou,itautomaticallyturnsthe
heatofftoprotectboththecooktop
andthepan.
TheAutomaticSurfaceUnit
elementwillnotburnfoodwhen
thecorrectsettingisselected.For

intheFRYprogrambutyoumay
changetoBOILbypressingthe
wordBOILonthepad.
Theautomaticelementsensesthe
temperatureofthepanandregulates
itaccordingtothesettingselected.
Whenturnedon,theAutomatic
SurfaceUnitelementalwaysbegins
withfullpower,nomatterwhat
settingisselected.Whenthe
temperaturecorrespondingtothat
settinghasbeenreached,the
elementcyclesOFFandONto
maintaintheselectedsetting
automatically,similartoyouroven.
Evenwhentheunitissetat
minimumtheelementbeginson
fullpoweruntiltheselectedheat
settingisreached.
