2 Installaon and Pre - Operaon
2.1 Installaon
The MMS -50I Meat Mixer must be installed on a leveled, non skid work surface .Check
the voltage of the machine. The machine voltage shall be the same as the power source
voltage . Machine must be properly grounded .
Use qualified electrician to install according to building codes .
Contact your local Distributor if you have any quesons or problems with the installaon
or operaon of the machine .
2.2 Pre-Operaon
CAUTIONS
Under no circumstances put your hands, nor any other object inside the Meat Tank
during operaon .
Always put the product to be processed into the meat tank with the mixer motor
turned OFF .
Put the product to be processed into the meat tank and lower the lid
