Fail to wash

The washing program and the
dish capacity are not suitable.
Refer to the "Quick Guidance" and select the
suitable program; or, the dirt is dry and affixed
onto the dishes so the dishes have to be
soaked for a period.
The spray arm does not rotate.
Ensure that the rotation of spray arm is not
obstructed by other object.
The drawer is filled too fully or
the dishes are not arranged
properly.
Refer to the section about dish arrangement.
The strainer/ installation of
strainer is wrong.
Refer to the section "Cleaning and Maintenance".
The washing agent is added
into the wrong feeder.
The washing agent must be added into the large
feeder box. Refer to the section "Adding of
Washing Agent'.
The dishes are placed in the
dishwasher before the food
residues and oil stains on the
dishes are removed
Remove the food residues and oil stains on the
dishes before the dishes are placed in the
dishwasher.
The washing agent is inapplicable.
Add the correct washing agent to
wash the dishes.
Refer to the examples of correct and wrong adding
of washing agent given in the section "Adding of
Washing Agent'.
The washing agent is insufficient.
Refer to the section "Adding of Washing Agent', or
observe the suggestions of washing agent
manufacturer.
The spray arm is clogged. Clean the spray arm.
The strainer or filter is clogged Clean the strainer and filter.
There are
bubbles
The dosage of washing agent is
wrong.
Refer to the section "Introduction to Program", or
observe the suggestions of washing agent
manufacturer.
There is too much egg white
on the dishes.
Increase the dosage of washing agent.
The rinse aid setting is too high. Decrease the dosage setting of rinse aid.
The rinse aid feeder box is not
closed tightly.
Ensure that the rinse aid feeder is closed tightly,
and refer to the section "Adding of Rinse Aid".
