Selecting a steam cooking function
1. Place the food inside the oven.
2. Touch the time indicated on the display.
3. Touch the COOKING button on
the “main menu”.
4. Select the “STEAM ” function.
5. Touch the TEMPERATURE button or
the relative value.
6. Scroll through the values and select the
required cooking temperature (for
example “90°C”).
Do not place food or any other
object directly on the bottom of the
oven. The base of the oven and
the evaporation tray must always
be left free.
If cooking has just been
performed with temperatures
greater than 100°C, you must
wait for the oven to cool in order
to use the steam function.
The minimum temperature that can
be set is 30°C.
