used for normal vacuuming in a residential environment. To reduce the risk of fire,
electrical shock, injury to persons or damage to properly when using your HaloTM
Ultraviolet Vacuum, please read this entire Owner's Safety and Operation Manual
thoroughly and follow these important safety precautions:
FireSafety
When usingany electrical appliance, please usecaution. Useyour HaloT"Ultraviolet
Vacuum only as described in this manual. Here's a list of things you should --and
should not -- do when using your HaloTM Ultraviolet Vacuum:
z_ Never attempt to pick up burning or smoking objects -- including ashes,
matches, cigarettes or cigars -- with your HaloTM Ultraviolet Vacuum.
Z_ Avoid using your HaloTM Ultraviolet Vacuum in areas where flammable or
combustible liquids, such as gasoline or lighter fluid, may be present.
Never use your HaloTM Ultraviolet Vacuum in an enclosed space where
flammable, toxic or explosive vapors or materials may be stored, or in an area
where flammable dust may be present.
Please keep your HaloTM Ultraviolet Vacuum and its cord away from any
heated surfaces.
Electrical Safety
z_ Never use your HaloTM Ultraviolet Vacuum on a wet surface. Use on a wet
surface is dangerous and is not covered by our warranty.
z_ Your HaloTM Ultraviolet Vacuum was designed to be an indoor appliance;
never use outdoors.
