FDA GUIDELINES SUGGEST:
• Consuming raw or undercooked eggs may increase your risk of foodborne
illness.
• Thorough cooking is perhaps the most important step in making sure eggs
are safe. Cook eggs until both the yolk and the white are rm. Scrambled
eggs should not be runny.
• Foods containing eggs should be cooked to 160°F (72°C). Always use a food
thermometer to test.
• For recipes that call for raw or undercooked eggs, use pasteurized or fresh
organic eggs.
NOTES ON THE PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce
the risk of electric shock, this plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If
the plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t,
contact a qualied electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
NOTES ON THE CORD
A. A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is to be
provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping
over a longer cord.
B. Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and

C. If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
