Prolong cooking time.

food cannot be
well cooked
Clean the drip tray with a towel.Cause 1: Water overflows in drip tray.
Check whether the water tank
is fully pushed into the tank
holder.
Cause 3: The water tank is not properly
installed.

Cause 4: Others.
Place the food at the middle and
bottom of the cavity as close as
possible to heating plate.
Cause 3: High food stacking layers.
The oven leaks
Check that there is no food or
debris in the way of the door
and if so, carefully remove it.
