Replacing t he Toner Cart ridge
The t oner cartridge that com es with t he product needs t o be replaced aft er
printing approxim at ely 3,000 pages. When t he toner cartridge is running low, you
will be prom pt ed wit h a [ Ton e r Low ] m essage through t he printer m onit oring
program – [ Avision St a t us M on itor] . Buy a new t oner cart ridge and have it
ready before you receive [ Replace Tone r ] m essage.
N ot e :
The drum unit and t he toner cartridge are two separat e parts.
Follow t hese steps to replace t he t oner cart ridge：
Rem oving t he Tone r Ca rt ridge
3 . Turn off the power and rem ove t he power cord from t he power outlet .
4 . Open t he front cover by pulling t he handles on bot h sides as shown.
