1. Use a clean and soft clot h to wipe
the off t he dust or part icle on the
drum unit . ( See page 107)
2. I f the error occurs again, cont act
the service personnel.

texture on one side of your
paper, try print ing on t he
sm oot her side.
2. The paper m ight not m eet the
print er’s specificat ions ( for
exam ple, t he paper surface is not
sm oot h or paper t oo thick).
3. Media t ype incorrect . Please
choose proper m edia t ype for
your paper.
