6 .3 Sca nning Fr om One Touch of t he Bu t t ons
1. Adjust the paper guide for the widt h of paper and load the
docum ent wi
th their t ops into the autom at ic document feeder.
2. Check t he but t on nam e on the LCD screen to ensure if you
are select ing the proper scan set tings and dest ination
applicat ion. ( For exam ple, if you wish t o scan wit h But ton,
“ Scan to App” , which opens Microsoft Paint and displays t he
scanned im age in the window of Microsoft Paint , the LCD
screen should show “ Scan to App”) .
3. Press the Sca n button on t he scanner.
4. After t he scanning is finished, t he Microsoft Paint soft ware
will be launched and the scanned im age appears in t he m ain
window of Microsoft Paint as below.

V2, please refer to the user’s m anual in the supplied CD.
2. You m ay also use But ton Manager V2 on your desktop by
st art ing Button Manager V2 from All Program s or double
clicking t he Avision Scanner Ut ilit y from the Control Panel.
