mNSTRUCTmONS
Stopping or hterrupting a Seff°C_eaning Cycle:
if it becomes necessary to stop or interrupt a seff-cbaning cycb
due to excessive smoke or fire in the oven:
PRESS DISPLAY
1. Press _CL"_"_'R"
2. Once the oven has coobd down for approximateUy 1 HOUR and Figure2-1
the "DOOR LOCKED" icon is no bnger dispUayed, the oven
door can then be opened (Figure 2-1 ).
Adjusting Oven Temperature
The temperature in the oven has been pre-set at the factory. When first using the oven, be
sure to foflow recipe times and temperatures, if you think the oven is too hot or too cool the
temperature in the oven can be adjusted. Before adjusting, test a recipe by using a
temperature setting that is Mgher or bwer than the recommended temperature. The baking
resuUtsshouUd help you to decide how much of an adjustment is needed.
mNSTRUCTmONS PRESS
To adjust the oven temperature higher:
1. Press _ for 6 seconds (Figure 1).
2. To increase the temperature use the number pads to enter the
desired change, (Example30°F)__(Figure2) , The _@
temperature may be increased as much as 85°F (17°C),
3. Press (_ to accept the temperature change and the display
will return to the time of day (Figure 3). Press CT_"Rto reject the ....
................ CLEAR
