Setting Warmer Drawer Controls
Arranging Warmer (Warm & Ready TM) Drawer Rack Positions
The rack can be used in 2 ways:
* Hnthe upright position to aHHowHowprofiHefood items to be pHaced both under and on top of the rack (for exampHe,
forthsor biscuits on top of the rack and a casseroHe dish underneath),
* Hnthe downward position to aHHowyou to pHace Hightweight food items and empty dishware (for exampHe, roHHsor
pastries and dinner pHates) on the rack,
Set the Warmer Drawer Rack in either position as shown bellow (Figure 1),

Operating the Warmer Drawer
The purpose of the Warmer Drawer is to keep hot cooked foods at serving temperature, AHways start with hot food, Htis not
recommended to heat coHdfood in the Warmer Drawer, AHHfood pHacedin the Warmer Drawer shouHdbe covered with a Hid
or aHuminum foiHto maintain quaHity, Do not use plastic wrap to cover food. PJastic may meJt onto the drawer and be
very difficult to ctean. Use onHyutensiHsand cookware recommended for oven use in the Warmer Drawer,
AHwaysuse pothoHders or oven mitts when removing food from the Warmer Drawer as cookware and pHates
wiHHbe hot and you can be burned,
Warmer Drawer Temperature Selection
Recommended Warmer Drawer settings tabHeis shown in Figure 2, Hfa
particuHar food is not Histed,start with the MED setting, Hfmore crispness
is desired, remove the Hidor aHuminum foiHfrom the food, Most foods can
be kept at serving temperatures on the MED setting, When a combination
of foods are to be kept warm (for instance, meat with 2 vegetabHes and
roHHs),use the HI setting, To avoid heat Hoss,do not open the Warmer
Drawer whiHein use,
