are evenly cooked and browned--often in less
time with convection heat.
NOYE:The convection tim will c_cle on
and off while cooking to best distribute
hot air in the o_,en.
The convection oven tim shuts off when
the oven door is opened. DONOTleave
the door open fi)r long periods of time
while using convection cooking or you
may shorten the life of the convection
heating element.

good results with multi-rock baking.
