ezDispense Error Messages
Freeze error Inlet hose, drain hose or drain pump is frozen.
• See Care in Cold Climates.
No temp detected Control error.
• Unplug the washer and wait 60 minutes. Reconnect power and try again.
• If the error code is still displayed, call for service.
Vibration sensor Vibration sensor malfunctions.
• Call for service.
Turbidity sensor Turbidity sensor malfunctions.
• Call for service.
Steam error The steam function did not work properly.
• Call for service.
Power failure Power does not connected properly.
• Press the Start/Pause button to restart the cycle
Oversudsing Too much detergent was used.
• Do not add more than the recommended amount of detergent.
Too much sudsing detected.
• The washer will operate the suds reduction cycle for about 2 hours.
Voltage abnormality Abnormal voltage detected.
• Unplug the power plug. If error recurs, call for service.
Problem Possible Cause & Solution
Check det. Tank The amount of liquid detergent in the detergent reservoir did not decrease.
After putting the detergent into the detergent reservoir, it was left for a long time and
the detergent hardened.
• Clean the detergent reservoir thoroughly, fill it with liquid detergent, install it in the
drawer, and run a wash cycle. If the error is displayed continuously, call for service.
No detergent The automatic detergent injection function does not work properly.
• Call for service.
Check soft. Tank The amount of fabric softener in the softener reservoir did not decrease.
After putting the fabric softener into the softener reservoir, it was left for a long time
and the fabric softener hardened.
• Clean the softener reservoir thoroughly, fill it with liquid fabric softener, install it in the
drawer, and run a wash cycle. If the error is displayed continuously, call for service.
No softener The automatic softener injection function does not work properly.
