Blower Characteristics
This blower is a reciprocating type blower. It is designed to direct heated
air radiating from the rear of the stove to the front at a low velocity. DO
NOT expect a large volume of air to be felt when standing in front of the
stove.
The blower is NOT thermostatically controlled. The blower speed is
manually controlled by rotating the speed control knob until the desired
speed is achieved.
When turned on, the first setting will be “HIGH”. “LOW” setting may be
obtained by rotating the speed control knob clockwise.

IMPORTANT
When refuelling your stove, turn the blower off for approximately 30
minutes. The stove will require time to reach the required temperature
for proper combustion.
Installation
The blower is to be installed at the rear of the stove, on the rear heat
shield.
Align the blower and gasket mounting holes with those on the rear heat
shield.
IMPORTANT
Ensure the blower and gasket are oriented correctly. The blower wheel
and gasket cut-out must align with the cut-out in the rear heat shield.
Fasten the blower and gasket to the rear heat shield using the 4 screws
provided. DO NOT over tighten the screws.
Plug the blower into a tamper with the
grounding prong on the cord.
Cleaning
Periodic cleaning of the blower is recommended. Dust or dirt
accumulation could significantly restrict airflow. Restriction in airflow will
reduce the efficiency of the blower and possibly damage the motor.
WARNING
DO NOT submerse the blower into any liquids. This will create an
electrical shock hazard.
Unplug the blower before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

Caractéristiques du ventilateur
Ce ventilateur fait circuler l’air chauffé à faible vitesse depuis l’arrière du
poële vers l’avant du poële. Une personne qui se tient devant le poële
ne doit pas s’attendre à percevoir un débit d’air élevé.
Le ventilateur n’est pas commandé par un thermostat. Un bouton rotatif
permet de sélectionner manuellement la vitesse de rotation du
ventilateur.
La première position du bouton de sélection correspond à la HAUTE
vitesse. La rotation du bouton dans le sens horaire donne accès à la
vitesse BASSE.
Important
Lors d’un chargement de combustible dans le poële, arrêter le
ventilateur pour environ 30 minutes. Pour une bonne combustion, il faut
que la température atteigne le niveau adéquat dans le poële.
Installation
On doit installer le ventilateur à l’arrière du poële, sur le panneau
d’écran thermique.
Aligner les trous de montage du ventilateur et du joint avec les trous du
panneau d’écran thermique.
Important
Veiller à orienter correctement le ventilateur et le joint. Aligner la turbine
du ventilateur et l’ouverture découpée dans le joint avec l’ouverture
découpée dans le panneau d’écran thermique arrière.
Fixer le ventilateur et le joint sur le panneau d’écran thermique avec les
4 vis fournies. NE PAS SERER EXCESSIVEMENT LES VIS.
Brancher le ventilateur sur une prise de courant reliée à la terre (
alvéoles). NE PAS modifier la configuration de la fiche de branchement.
Nettoyage
On recommande un nettoyage périodique du ventilateur. Une
accumulation de poussière ou débris peut réduire considérablement le
débit d’air; ceci dégraderait l’efficacité de l’appareil et pourrait faire subir
des dommages au moteur.
Avertissement
Ne jamais immerger le ventilateur dans un liquide; ceci susciterait un
risque de choc électrique.
Débrancher le ventilateur avant toute opération de nettoyage ou
d’entretien.

ventilador de recirculación

CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL VENTILADOR
El ventilador es del tipo de motor alternativo, Se ha diseñado para que el
aire caliente que genera la parte trasera de la estufa se dirija hacia el
frente a una velocidad baja. NO espere sentir un gran caudal de aire si
se para frente a la estufa.
El ventilador NO está controlado mediante un termóstato. La velocidad
del ventilador se controla manualmente girando el botón de control de
velocidad hasta que se logra la velocidad deseada.
El primer punto que se alcanza al encenderlo será “HIGH” (alta). Si
desea una velocidad menor, siga girando el botón en el sentido de las
manecillas del reloj hasta alcanzar el punto “LOW” (baja).

IMPORTANTE
Durante la carga de combustible apague el ventilador por unos 30
minutos. Para que la estufa llegue a la temperatura apropiada para la
combustión será necesario que pase un rato.
INSTALACIÓN
El ventilador deberá instalarse en la pantalla térmica trasera, en la parte
de atrás de la estufa.
Se deben alinear correctamente los orificios para montaje del ventilador y
de la empaquetadura con aquellos en la pantalla térmica trasera.
IMPORTANTE
Cerciórese que el ventilador y la empaquetadura quedaron alineados
correctamente. El recorte de la empaquetadura y la rueda del ventilador
deben alinearse con el recorte en la pantalla térmica trasera.
Utilizando los 4 tornillos provistos, sujete el ventilador a la pantalla
térmica. NO apriete demasiado los tornillos.
Enchufe el ventilador a un tomacorriente eléctrico de
tierra. NO interfiera con la púa de tierra del enchufe.
LIMPIEZA
Es recomendable limpiar el ventilador con regularidad. La acumulación
de polvo o suciedad puede reducir el caudal del aire en forma
significativa. La restricción del caudal pudiera reducir la eficiencia del
ventilador y, posiblemente hasta dañar el motor.
ADVERTENCIA
NO sumerja el ventilador en ningún líquido. Hay el riesgo de un choque
eléctrico. Siempre desconecte el ventilador antes de limpiarlo o darle
mantenimiento.
